There are times when ministries will flourish and grow consistently and progressively. Everything is going well and suddenly something changes. The something can be stunted growth and even a regression of membership. There needs to be an assessment of where the ministry is currently and why it is not growing. This can be a hard process, because we tend to want to point fingers.

 

My job as your consultant is to not point fingers, but help to facilitate a process of evaluation and planning.  The plan is to assess what changes should be made and how to effectively make them. This is where the mind of Christ is imperative. With love and biblical perspective, we as a team can address the hindrances and push forward into progress. Most times, an unbiased team member helps to make the process of recalibrating ministry doable.
